Mobile Cove offers delivery to eligible Australian addresses. Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery options

  • Australia Post Parcel Post: $10.95 AUD.
  • Australia Post Express Post: $14.95 AUD.

Tracking is provided for these services. Availability can depend on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Processing and delivery

Processing an order and carrier transit are separate stages. Delivery estimates, where displayed, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Express Post is a delivery service and does not by itself guarantee same-day dispatch or next-day arrival.

Public holidays, peak periods, remote locations and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We will let you know if an issue prevents us from fulfilling your order.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we will send the available tracking details using the contact information supplied with your order. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a parcel is lodged.

Addresses, delays and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us promptly through our contact form. We will help where possible, although an address change may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. Please retain damaged packaging where practical to assist the investigation.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and any reasonable re-delivery cost before charging it. This does not restrict your statutory rights.
