These terms apply when you use the Mobile Cove website or buy products from us. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mobile Cove. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

Using our store

You must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before purchasing. Keep any account access details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.

Do not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its operation or infringement of another person's rights.

Products and compatibility

Read the product description, included items, exact device model and compatibility information before purchasing. Similar phone names or sizes do not necessarily mean an accessory will fit. Images may show a phone or other props for illustration; only items identified as included in the listing are supplied.

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Nothing in these terms excuses an inaccurate product description or limits your rights if goods do not match what was advertised.

Use chargers, batteries and other accessories according to their supplied instructions and stated compatibility. Product protection ratings or manufacturer warranties apply only as described for the particular item.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and the total payable are displayed at checkout. Payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfilment remains subject to payment verification and stock availability. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is identified or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and offer an appropriate solution or refund. We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change the agreed price of an accepted order.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is explained in our Shipping policy. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will help where possible, but an order that has already been dispatched may need to follow the returns process.

Our Refund policy provides 30-day change-of-mind returns subject to its stated conditions. Those conditions are separate from your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to those rights. We remain responsible for remedies required by law.

Website content and third-party services

Website content, branding and images belong to Mobile Cove or their respective owners. Do not reproduce or commercially use them without permission or another lawful basis. Brand and device names remain the property of their respective owners.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Optional third-party services and external websites may have their own terms and privacy policies. This does not remove our responsibilities to you for purchases from Mobile Cove.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to future use and purchases and do not reduce your rights for orders already placed.

Contact and disputes

Contact Mobile Cove through our contact form if you have a question or complaint. Please obtain return instructions before posting goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and applicable Australian law. This does not prevent you from using any consumer protection, tribunal or other remedy available under the law that applies to you.
